Lymphangiomatous polyps of the palatine tonsil are rare, benign hamartamotous lesions. The most frequent presentation symptoms generally sore throat, sensation foreign body in and dysphagia. pathogenesis lymphangiomatous is uncertain. Diagnosis made histopathologically. Dilated lymphatic channels with stroma containing fibrous, lymphoid, adipose tissue, lymphocytes within lumen observed at histopathological examination. Studies describing tonsillectomy as curative treatment predominate literature, although some authors regard removal lesion sufficient. This report describes a case polyp originating from right 22-year-old woman.
